Alpha 1 Performance Lab is an extension of Alpha 1 Personal Training, an in-person personal training organization serving Dakota County, Minnesota, with locations in Rosemount, Lakeville, and Hastings. Our philosophy is simple: when it comes to your health, fitness, and performance, we believe you deserve more than guesswork. By combining personalized coaching with objective testing and science-driven insights, we help our clients better understand what their bodies need to perform, recover, and feel their best.
Through the Performance Lab, we offer a comprehensive range of assessments, diagnostic tools, and health-focused testing designed to provide a clearer picture of each client’s individual needs. When appropriate, clients may also access prescription-based solutions through our Alpha 1 Labs program, including GLP-1 medications, TRT/HRT, and peptide therapies prescribed through licensed medical providers and our medical partner. Medications are sourced, compounded or fulfilled, and shipped within the United States through our medical and pharmacy partners, providing greater transparency and confidence in their origin and quality.
