Alpha 1 Performance Lab adheres strictly to cellular carrier A2P (Application-to-Person) 10DLC standards and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
- No Sharing of Mobile Information: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent gathered for SMS communications will NEVER be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties, affiliates, or data brokers for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Explicit Opt-In: You only receive text messages when you affirmatively submit a phone number on an intake, appointment, or contact form requesting notification or service.
- Message Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies depending on your appointment schedule and inquiry status. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan.
- Opt-Out Protocol (STOP): You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received. Upon doing so, you will receive a single confirmation message confirming your unsubscription, and no further SMS messages will be transmitted.

- Biometric and performance data: 3D LiDAR motion capture telemetry (Kinotek), VO2 max and metabolic readings (PNOĒ), segmental body composition data (InBody), and food sensitivity antibody profiles.
- Clinical intake notes: Self-reported physical activity goals, injury history, and physician consultation inquiries.
3. How We Use Collected Information
We utilize collected information solely for legitimate healthcare, diagnostic, and performance improvement functions:
- Conducting and interpreting your requested laboratory assessments.
- Facilitating physician evaluations and authorized prescription transmission to licensed compounding pharmacies.
- Transmitting transactional appointment reminders, intake instructions, and laboratory reports via secure channels.
- Coordinating biomechanical and metabolic findings with your personal trainer at Alpha 1 Personal Training upon your authorization.
4. Medical Oversight & Pharmacy Delivery
For clients engaging in GLP-1, TRT/HRT, or peptide therapies, your clinical intake and blood diagnostic results are shared exclusively with our licensed medical director and partner 503A/503B compounding pharmacies solely to fulfill medical evaluation, prescription issuance, and direct-to-patient home delivery.
5. Data Security & Storage
Alpha 1 Performance Lab implements robust administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal and physiological records against unauthorized access, destruction, or disclosure.
